Boston Children’s Hospital

BSI has been providing SUE services for Children’s Hospital for a number of years. A number of CCTV investigations were performed to assess storm and sanitary sewer lines both pre and post construction.

Other CCTV projects included that of an electrical conduit investigation to determine the source of penetrating water. An investigation was performed on a water line to determine the location of a flow restriction.

BSIE provided leak detection services on steam and water lines, performed numerous QL-A vacuum excavations and QL-B designation services. Designation was performed using surface geophysical prospecting techniques (such as Electro-magnetic, Radio-frequency or Ground Penetrating Radar techniques), the approximate horizontal location of existing utilities, and their major laterals to existing buildings that are within project limits.
