BSI was contracted by numerous design firms working on the Hartford CWP (Clean Water Project) to perform various subsurface utility engineering tasks during the CSO design process. Over 500 QL-A vacuum excavation test holes were completed for various CWP contracts throughout the City of Hartford. BSI also provided over 100,000 linear feet of QL-B electronic utility designation combined with quality level C and D surveying and utility record research. Several CWP task orders required various confined space entry services. CSE services included coring through sewer interceptor pipe walls to determine the thickness of concrete and internal pipe line level runs.
